products for our installations, so that we can evaluate
the quality and suitability for the job, and so that we
can obtain parts for warranty work.
We wish to start a relationship with every customer we
have. Our customers know that we stand behind our work,
we will uphold any warrantees or guarantees, and we will
be there when they call for this type of work.
We guarantee our workmanship for 1 year. This means any
installation or repair we do will be done in a professional,
and code-compliant manner, by someone with a trade license
that knows how to do it. We want our customers' complete
satisfaction. We as a company, do not like to go back
to a job and do something twice.
The materials that we provide are covered by the manufacturer's
warranty. In addition, our company will guarranty all
parts and materials we purchase and install for 120 days,
at a minimum, if the product warranty is not more. However,
if you request our services to install something you have
purchased, we do warranty parts and labor, or repair for
these materials, unless you purchased them thru our recommended
supplier and we approve of these materials for your project.

to perform plumbing and heating in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
We are also a Rhode Island-licensed fire sprinkler contractor.
Aquatech Backflow Services,
a subdivision of Gronski Plumbing & Heating, provides
certified testing and installation of backflow prevention
devices as required by most Rhode Island water supply
boards.
GPH Contracting, a subdivision of Gronski
Plumbing & Heating, is a Rhode Island licensed and
insured builder that provides kitchen and bath remodeling,
basement finishing, or any type of residential construction
from start to finish.
